1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch Time: We carefully pack all orders before shipment. Standard orders will be dispatched within 5-7 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Warehouse Schedule: Our warehouse processes shipments from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

2. Product Quality Assurance
Upholding our “Zero Tolerance” promise, we inspect every item before dispatch. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange.

3. Pre-order Items
Please be aware that pre-order items are subject to stock availability from suppliers. In the rare event of a stock shortage, we will notify you via order message or email and arrange an alternative order or a full refund.

4. Online vs. In-Store Prices
We have physical stores; however, due to lower operational costs online, our web prices are more competitive.

5. Payment Methods
