送貨及自取需知

1. 門市自取

  • 地點： 深水埗西九龍中心5樓 5K179-182 號鋪

  • 流程： 下單時選擇「門市自取」，並於取貨時出示您的訂單確認通知或電子訂單。

  • 費用： 此服務免收任何手續費或運費。

2. 順豐速運（到付）

  • 我們與順豐速運合作，提供送貨上門或自提櫃取件服務。

  • 費用： 運費為到付，由收件方於收貨時直接支付給順豐速運。

  • 注意： 請您在下單時務必填寫準確的收貨地址。

一般條款及細則

  • 換貨政策： 本店不設退貨服務。如收貨後發現產品出現非人為的質量問題，請於7日內透過以下渠道聯絡我們的客服團隊，以安排換貨事宜：

  • 優惠條款： 所有購物優惠所扣減之金額，均不可用於抵免運費。此外，任何已支付之附加服務費（如運費），亦不可計入折扣優惠之計算基礎。

  • 最終決定權： PickyEgg 尖尖蛋 (PickyEgg.com.hk) 保留隨時更新以上條款與收費之權利，並對任何爭議保留最終決定權。

Delivery & Self-Pickup Information

Thank you for shopping at PickyEgg. We offer the following two convenient delivery methods for you to receive your orders.

1. Store Pickup

  • Location: Shop 5K179-182, 5/F, Dragon Centre, Sham Shui Po

  • Process: Select “Store Pickup” at checkout. Please present your order confirmation or e-receipt when collecting your items.

  • Fee: No handling or shipping fees are required for this service.

2. SF Express (Freight Collect)

  • We partner with SF Express to provide door-to-door delivery or pickup from their lockers.

  • Fee: Shipping is freight collect. The shipping fee will be collected by the SF Express courier upon delivery.

  • Note: Please ensure your delivery address is filled in accurately during checkout.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Exchange Policy: We do not offer product returns. If you receive a product with a non-human-induced defect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange:

  • Offer Terms: Any amount discounted from shopping promotions cannot be used to offset shipping costs. Additionally, any paid supplementary service fees (e.g., shipping) are not eligible for calculation in any discount offers.

  • Final Decision: PickyEgg (PickyEgg.com.hk) reserves the right to amend these terms and fees at any time without prior notice and retains the final decision regarding any disputes.
