PickyEgg 尖尖蛋致力為您提供優質產品。為保障您的權益，請在辦理換貨前仔細閱讀以下政策。本政策僅提供換貨服務，恕不提供退貨退款。
1. 換貨準則
我們承諾為您提供可靠的購物保障。自收貨日起計算7日內，若產品出現非人為造成的結構性或功能性故障，我們將提供一次性換貨服務。
2. 換貨流程與條件
商品狀態： 申請換貨的商品必須保持完整，包括所有原始包裝、配件、保護膜及標籤等，且不影響二次銷售。
特殊包裝： 如商品有密封包裝（如封膜、紙盒），必須保持完好無損。若包裝有任何損毀，恕不接受換貨。
個人衛生商品： 基於衛生考量，所有個人貼身產品一經拆封，恕不提供退換。
大型商品： 對於過重或體積過大的產品，為避免在運送過程中損壞（如撞凹角位），我們可能會建議使用GoGoVan等專送物流，以確保送貨品質。
3. 保養與維修
香港行貨： 如您購買的商品為「香港行貨」，其官方保養、維修或換貨服務將由品牌授權的香港代理直接跟進，我們將協助您進行聯繫。
保養範圍： 商品自購買日起提供7日保養。請注意，錯誤使用方法及人為損壞（如泡水、受潮、撞擊、自行拆解等）均不在保養範圍之內。換貨後的新商品，其保養期將自換領日起重新計算7日。
使用說明： 使用前請務必仔細閱讀說明書，正確操作是延長產品壽命的關鍵。
4. 重要提醒
商品圖片因拍攝光線或顯示器設定差異，可能與實物顏色略有不同，一切以實際商品為準。
退回商品時，請使用乾淨的包裝材料（請避免使用有油墨的包裝紙，以免沾染商品），並請勿將任何單據直接黏貼在商品或配件上。
Return & Exchange Policy
PickyEgg is dedicated to providing high-quality products. To protect your rights, please read the following policy carefully before requesting an exchange. Please note that we only offer product exchanges and do not provide refunds or returns.
1. Exchange Criteria
We promise reliable shopping protection. Within 7 days of receiving your order, if the product exhibits structural or functional faults not caused by human error, we will provide a one-time exchange service.
2. Exchange Process & Conditions
Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, complete state, including all packaging, accessories, protective films, and tags, and must be suitable for resale.
Special Packaging: If the item has sealed packaging (e.g., shrink wrap, boxes), it must be intact and undamaged. We cannot accept exchanges if this packaging is compromised.
Personal Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, all personal items cannot be exchanged once opened.
Oversized Items: For very heavy or bulky products, to prevent transit damage (e.g., dented corners), we may recommend using specialized couriers like GoGoVan to ensure delivery quality.
3. Warranty & Repairs
Hong Kong Official Goods: If your product is “Hong Kong Official Goods,” any official warranty, repair, or exchange services will be handled directly by the brand’s authorized Hongkong distributor. We will assist you in initiating the process.
Warranty Coverage: Products come with a 7-day warranty from the purchase date. Please note that misuse and human-induced damage (e.g., water damage, impact, disassembly) are not covered. For a replaced item, the warranty period restarts and remains valid for 7 days from the exchange date.
Usage Instructions: Please read the user manual carefully before use. Correct operation is essential for product longevity.
4. Important Notes
Product colours may slightly differ from images due to photography lighting or monitor settings. The actual product received shall prevail.
When returning items, please use clean packaging materials (avoid paper with ink to prevent stains) and do not affix any documents directly to the product or its accessories.
